Guests are welcome at our General Meetings.
Each year, members are encouraged to invite fellow academics as ‘personal guests’ to a General Meeting which they will themselves be attending. (One such guest per member, and no single guest may be invited more than once in any four years.) They should submit the name of their proposed guest to the Assistant Secretary, Prof. Christina Kreinecker, (christina.kreinecker@kuleuven.be), briefly indicating how their personal guest will contribute to the proceedings. The Assistant Secretary will consult with the President about the request, and will send a formal invitation to the guest.
(Candidates for membership of the Society may not attend the General Meeting in the year in which their names are being proposed.)
